Note on minutes: Under Section 610.020.7, RSMo, minutes are the official record of business conducted. Draft minutes are presented for approval at the following regular meeting and are posted here once approved. All meeting notices are posted on this website.
Several 2026 meetings were properly noticed but could not reach a quorum, as the district was operating with a single seated commissioner while the two vacant board seats were being filled. No official business can be conducted and no minutes are generated without a quorum. With the board now fully seated, the October 16, 2026 meeting is the first able to conduct official business.
